So, how many of us have made the same "new" committment to getting our weight under control over and over? I have and lately it seems like that committment is being made almost on a daily basis. That used to bother me until just now at this moment that I am writing this post have I come to the conclusion that making a "new" committment everyday is exactly what we should do in order to take control of our weight problems.
It is just like having the desire and committment to praying to God everyday. We should want to wake up every morning and along with praying we should say to ourselves that today is the day I am going to take control. I am not going to eat the wrong foods today, I will drink lots of water, and I will get in some kind of exercise.
