I struggle with food. I want it, ALL the time. I like food way more then I should. Many days I would eat my meals with no snacks in between, at night though was a whole other story. At night I would eat a lot. For egsample Cake oh yes Cake was my favorite. I would eat it ALL if there was any in the house. Chips were another fave of mine. At times I would eat a BIG bag all to my self at night when I was least active. This had been going on for years and I STILL do not know why I would do that. I have recently quit "Cold Turkey" and I have asked God for strength and to help me with this. The other day hubby and DD and I were shopping and we bought some chips to have just a few. I had just a few like I planed. Later, once my daughter was in bed I decided to eat some more, mindlessly, I had a few and I was like oh these do not taste so good, they tasted moldy. I came to the conclusion that God had made them tast bad to help me STOP eating them and I did. I did not have any after that. So with Gods help, I know I can do this :)
