Im so super excited that I joined FitClick and its free for that matter, i have been trying to shed off the extra pounds i previously put on over the years but to no avail. I have just realised I haven't been doing it the right way, i started my weightloss journey beginning this month ( June) and I have to say its been three weeks and im already impressed with the results.
I started off by changing my diet completely, im currently on a Low Carb diet, and I have cut the alcohol to just one or two glasses of wine per week. I am enjoying this because its not straining me I still enjoy the food I love. I also follow a strict six day workout plan involving Cardio and strength training. I do Zumba dance two times a week which by the way Im very much enjoying, I also do Spin class twice a week, aerobics and strength training. Sometimes I also do walking in between my training.
The support I get from my family also helps a lot, I also have a workout buddy who I go to training with.
I am hoping FitClick will aid me to continue with my journey, since I can calorie count all the food I eat at the same time track the calories I burn. I have also joined a few FitClick Challenges which I believe will motivate me further.
Let the journey continue.......................Bikini body here I come
