In trying to keep up with my low fat/low cholesterol/low cal diet, I have managed to up my sodium intake. What the heck!! I don't eat frozen prepared foods, keep away from canned foods unless "salt free". Don't use salt when cooking or to season unless its the reduced sodium..which is rare. My protein is low, calcium is really low and so is my protein. I am confused! Need to cut fats/cholesterol and by doing so lowered my intake of calcium and proteins. Not a good thing.....will have to revamp my plan. Looked at the pre-planned meals...not very exciting....and I don't eat seafood..alergy.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
