So today is day 2 of the new me.... kinda fell off last night with the food but managed to get back on track so far today. Just finished a 2.4 mile brisk walk with my neighbor who is also trying to lose weight. It felt good. Today I am focusing on keeping my eating and drinking on track.... wish me luck.
