End of 1st Week

Tonight ends the first week of a new lifestyle. All things considered, it went well. Stuck to my plan, watched my intake of fats-cals-and so on. Didn't have much urge for snacking on junk except for today when going for ice cream for dessert was suggested..how dare they! Week 2 brings me a new challage of excersise..oh how I hate it...but I am determined to do something, even if its a walk around the neighborhood. But will have to go early since its been quite hot during the day. Would be nice if I could find a walking partner....
I realized that not all foods listed, even by brands, are correct in nutritional values listed. So I have been getting my info off what I have actually been eating.. Made a BIG difference especially in my sodium count.
Getting ready to plan my Monday meals..don't like to plan more than a day in advance as I often change my mind!
