Morning workout

I was having a lot of trouble fitting in a workout routine after work. The gym was crowded and I am uncomfortable in crowds, tired after work, too comfortable in the AC to go back out in the heat...I have a whole list of excuses if anyone wants to borrow some ;)
So I decided to try a early morning routine. I get up at 4am to give myself some quiet time before the rest of the house wakes up...so instead of sitting on the couch watching TV, I started going to the gym and REALLY spend my morning time on me. I love it. The gym all to myself, plus I get my evenings back to spend with my family and relax after the household chores. It's invigorating to realize you can do whatever you set your mind too, if you are willing to negotiate with yourself.
