Now or Never

Here I am once again starting back at the begginning. I thought since I had been realeased from the hospital that I had been doing fairly well. I knew I wasn't 100% on track but I did not realize until today how far off track I truly was. My blood sugar is nicely been under control but my weight is not. I need to be serious and really loose this weight so I can get this stupid trach out of me. Yes it is keeping me alive and I thank God for that but I don't want to live the rest of my life this way. So I am pledging that starting from this point on I am going to be diligent in tracking what I eat and how much excersize I get so that I way I can see my dream come true of living my life trachless.
