Hitting the Road....Again

I just had to jump on the blogging band wagon after seeing all my fellow weight loss seekers struggling. It was a tough day today. I had to face the reality that the weight i had worked so hard to lose was creeping back. And none too slowly either. But I took solace in all of the blogs I read. We all struggle. And sadly, these weighty issues will probably never really be behind us. I think that was my mistake. I honestly thought I had overcome these issues. But now I see that so many of my bad habits have returned.....and so here I go again.
