Been a good week, motivation is still strong. Still not excercising like I should. Hopefully my new treadmill will help get me going. Only weighed myself once this week, so this morning was a nice surprise to start the week. Down 3lbs..I am excited!
I know it didn't show up overnight so it won't come off fast. Being older and a slower metabolism I don't expect to lose as fast as when I was younger. Keeping my goals at an achievable level helps me to keep motivated. Baby steps..Looking forward to a new me!
