Well, today I went off the "wagon". Still managed to stay in range of my calories and fats, but they came from non healthy choices. Had real mayo w/ tuna, chicken nuggets, and a lemon bar. Good thing I don't have any chocolate in the house! Calories were under 1000 (thats good), fats were 4gr high (not good) and sodium was way up there. Feeling stressed today as I am trying to find a job. Boredom has set in and I am trying to keep busy instead of snacking. Worked on some craft projects which kept me occupied for quite some time.
I did manage to work out on the treadmill today. Did 13 minutes of incline walking which gave me about 1/2 mile. I know its not much, but I am a smoker on top of being overweight. But in time I will manage to up my time and speed.
Tomorrow is a new day, and I will get back on track. Hoping to lose 30lbs by xmas.
