Onwards!

Whew! Don't know about anyone else out there, but I am finding it difficult to eat all the meals or amounts of food! Perhaps it's just getting used to eating regular meals....after years of eating only one meal per day... I'm feeling stuffed to the brim come lunchtime. Not a feeling I'm used to, but perhaps with the addition of exercise daily this too will balance out and my body will once again get used to eating on a regular basis instead of going into starvation mode and conserving every bite I would put into it. It would be wonderful to have a fully, properly functioning metabolism again! I don't know what that is anymore, and neither does my body.
So, I'll take this opportunity of a week's vacation and begin setting my goals, starting good habits, and getting to where I want to go.
