Today for my body I was on the elliptical for 25 minutes
I practiced yoga for 30 minutes
I ate healthy meals
I tracked my meals
Today for my mind I meditated
I paid my bills
Today for my soul
I prayed
I shared my blessings
I bought healthy foods
I did positive affirmations
I got rid of those things burdening me
