Boy, does that make a difference!! Finding music that is a bit off-beat, funky, and energetic is a big bonus for me, it seems :) I'd planned a faster pace and 30 minutes for the good ole Nordic Walking Trainer, and was surprised to find myself finishing at 47 minutes instead..now *that's* what I call an added bonus...when you don't even realize you've done an extra 17 minutes to your workout.
'Course I was sweating like nobody's business, but just couldn't seem to stop until the end of the CD. I'm keeping that CD parked on the ole "Torture Device" as I call it...rather fitting too as the CD is Midieval Music with a modern flair. Thank you Corvus Corax for a great workout!
