At my school there isn't really anything healthy at all. They have salad like the school
board requires but the lettuce it old and some of it is brown. An the other choices that
we have to chose from are all very fattening such as: Pizza, Lasagna, Ravioli, a crud
load of diffrent ice creams, fries and a lot more. For breakfast its the same thing
gravy eggs bacon/ham grits and rolls. An with all this food there is no portion control
what so ever the students can get however much food as they please. An during
break they sell the students food such as Milky Way, Reeses and any other candy bar
you can think of plus a bunch of other candy. What I am trying to get at is my school is
saying that they want us to eat healthy but yet they are giving us all theses choices of
food and not many are healthy and what is healthy isn't good what so ever.
Its hard to lose weight in highschool.
