SNACK: 1 mango aprox 150 calories
DiINNER: 2 cups rotabager, with i tsp butter, 4 oz tiliapia fish, with 2 T. salsa sauce, 4 cups mixed green salad with 1 cup straberries as a dressing, ice tea with equal= aprox 300 calories
