P2/day 2

Yes it is day 2 and I did very well on day 1! Lost 3 pounds and I am feeling good. I have decided to use this protocol as a base for my plan. I will stick to it 90%, but feel like some adds like squash and celery are gonna work. I am also adding some MRC protein drinks that boost my protein and cut my hunger. I am doing the drops, which taste awful...but it is what it is!
I have been on the MR program years ago and had great success with it. I feel I can combine what I know from that experience, add the HCG drops and do very very well. We shall see.
I understand the idea of the "protocol" but feel in this day and age, it is overly narrow and restrictive. Im going to stay on track with the no sugars and starches for sure, but feel there is room for more variety and flavor in this plan.
Well, wish me luck...infact, I feel like I dont need luck as I am certain these tweaks will work just fine!!
