Well now, that was a real wake up. The past 10 or so days have been a real challenge, and I fell off the wagon. Time to dust off, forgive myself and get right back on that healthy horse.
Going back to work made it tough, especially as I hadn't been able to work things out completely with the crazy schedule I had. This calls for better planning on Sundays.
I see I'm going to have to figure out a way to get in the exercise daily, at some point, but I see it just won't be at the same time every day. I'll not be able to fit it in after 8pm though or I'll never sleep.
Eventhough my return to work schedule really loused up what I'd had going while on vacation, I still mostly managed to make healthy food and eating choices. A few slips here and there, but, overall wasn't back to the pre FitClick pattern. Yahoo! Small progress, but, progress none-the-less...Rome wasn't built in a day afterall, and neither is a healthy new lifestyle.
