So here I am again. Somehow I managed to maintain my weight within 5lbs for the last 3 months. Now I'm ready to get rid of the last 45lbs.
Back to eating my same thing over and over, except the exception of switching up piece of fruits, or proteins (chicken, white fish, shrimp and once a week steak) My one and only whole wheat wrap a day and ohhhh so sad but only one cup of black coffee per day :(
It's ok I can survive!
My plan is to have this weight off in 9-10 weeks which means I'm going to be super smart on my diet and hard core at the cardio per week, weights only 2-3 x per week.
Here we go!!!!
