Today I took the stairs up all six floors and down all six floors twice. I also made three trips to the third floor, which is equal to half of going all the way up and down. I'm quite proud, because the elevator at work is very nice. But I can get to the third floor faster than the elevator can even get to my floor to get me. So I'm going to continue taking the stairs, as hard as it is. I'm going to start running next week (when it's not so hot).
Today I screwed up on the diet part of my fitness. I had two glasses of Coke while at lunch with my boyfriend. I tasted the Diet Coke and just couldn't do it. So I spurged a little. Won't happen agian! *salutes*
Well, that's enough for today. Side note, I wonder if prescription pills have calories...?
