So I'm a belated poster, haven't really looked around the website until I got bored and decided to archive my progress and such into a blog.

This is my fourth day that I've been on the HCG VLCD diet, and it's surprisingly not as bad as I had thought it would be. My mom started it a while back, and I thought it looked absolutely insane, but I decided I would join in to lose the weight I had somehow built up.
I've been eating omlettes, fresh fruits and yogurts for breakfast, chicken or shrimp salads in the afternoon, and stir fries or fish/shrimp salad in the evening with plenty of 48 Oz cups of water scattered inbetween. I've already lost about 10.5 pounds, and it's only my fourth day. I expect an eventual plateau, but I'm ready for it.
Feel free to copy my diets for each day, they're somewhat customized for my tastes, though. Never really was a big seafood fan. Will reblog tomorrow!
