Oh yes I did!! I lost 3 pounds this week. Weighed in at the beginning of my time here at this website at 197.6. Weighed myself last night: 194.5!!!! I'm so excited. I've heard people say that the first 10 and the last 10 are the hardest. I'm 30% complete with the first 10. Then the next 30 should go easy! (haha, yeah). Found that swimming has really been a great way to exercise for me. And it's good on the joints. So I won't have joint problems when I'm older from strenuous exercise.
Still totally excited about those 3 pounds. I can see myself fitting into a size 7/8 now. :)
