Just signed up for the site. I am so ready for a change in my life. I use to be around 130 lbs and always felt good. But now I'm 202 lbs and always feel like crap. Out of breath easily, tired quickly, I can't handle living this way anymore. I've put off my weight loss for a long time, to take care and/or help others. Its me time. I know it sounds a little conceited, but I gotta take care of me so I can be there for others. Its just hard getting started. And hard to know where to begin. So, I start here. Any words of advice are welcome.
