It has been 3 months since I started my journey with Weight Watchers and I am now down 20 lbs. When I began, I had grandiose plans of losing 40 lbs in 3 months. I have to say that I am not disappointed that i only achieved half of that goal and instead, I am very proud of sticking to it and jumping back on when I stumble. Already I can feel the difference in my health. I can run up some stairs and not pass out and I even did that with several bags of groceries and many trips up and down. One trip would have wiped me out in the past.
Bottom line is not how fast or how much you are losing but how do you feel and are you keeping it off. My journey is far from over but I have never been so encouraged by a program to succeed.
