I have been very athletic and active my whole life. I'm one of those people who can rarely sit down without twitching or tapping some part of my body the entire time.  I am 5'6" and have always weighed between 155 and 170 (except for during pregnancy of course), and no matter what I've done I cannot get below this weight! I am not excessively fat or unhappy with my body; I accept my body for the way it is built and because it is the body God gave me a His design, however, I still want to reach my ultimate goal of 135 to 140 lbs and be extremely toned/defined.

At this moment in my life I have a body that is in close resemblance with Jennifer Lopez's and I do think she is gorgeous, so I'm not complaining and neither is my fiance. I guess its just one of those things...always want what you don't have.

Well ladies I have been working out for many years and I am a knowledge guru, so if anyone has any questions of me or wants tips I am very happy to give it :) Also, I'd just like to meet new people in general!  Have a blessed day everyone and good luck with your weight loss or muscle building program.
