Long and slow

I see in Jan. I mentioned I was up to 106.5 pounds lost. I have made progress but not as much as I had hoped for.
I am up to 167 pounds lost. That puts me at 397 pounds.
I find myself re committing at the beginning of each month. I am getting a better knowledge of what to eat. I just need to find a better consistancy in my work out program.
I am adding weight lifting to my cardio this week. One bit of confusion for me is wether it is better to do weights first or after the cardio. A poll of FB friends tells me cardio first.
Hope that is correct.
19 months-167 pounds
It seems odd to be disappointed by that result. I guess I will give myself credit for sticking with it this long and keep grinfing it out.
Strangely, milestones are important to me in regard to my mindframe.
350 here I come.
