I have decided that I will blog everyday as a reminder to myself about my goals I want to accomplish. It's easy to forget once you get back to work and life in general. This way I have to take a few minutes each day to remind myself that I am doing something for myself. I have dieted many times and forgot how much I knew about calories and proper nutrition. It is definitely to forget things like portion size and fried foods when you're not thinking about your health. Day 1 brought back many pertinent facts about my dietary habits that I guess I tried to push out of my mind. Today I feel great and I'm ready. I'm going to start walking today and get some exercise in. My body definitely responds more to physical activity than just change in eating.
