I figured it was about time to make some changes and be healthy and thin again. I never had problem with my weight until my junior year of college. As soon as I moved away from home for school, joined a sorority and started partying and eating fast food all the time, I hit rock bottom fast. I never thought it would happen to me honestly. I signed up for a weight loss challenge today at my school. Whoever's BMI improves the most between today and December 7, 2012 win an ipad. I don't care all that much about winning the ipad but the incentive should push me. I'm going to keep up with posting my weight and bmi and such along my journey and keep myself accountable until I reach my goal weight of 130 lbs. I may even start posting my workouts and meals if its working for me so I can help others! :)
