Today is a magor milestone in my life, I have decided to lose weight and get healthy. I have been through alot in the last 20 years and it has caused be to gain weight. Today is my day and yes it begins with me for I am the only one that can change me. I am worth it, and I am beautiful. I know that by myself I am nothing and the Bible tells me I can do all things through Christ that gives me strength.
So here I go embarking on a new season in my life. Help me Lord to do this so I can do as you have called me to do. Help me so others you through this time of weight loss, for I cna do nothing by myself, but as long as I do my part you will help me do the rest.
