Hello, everyone. I am back on this diet trip. I have been feeling very ill lately and I know it has something to do with my weight. I have been very tired lately, my sugar has been in the 500 to 600 a day which I know that is not good. I have to do something to get back on track. Please help, I need someone to be my support. I have tried telling my husband that I need his help with this but to me it seems that they do not care how i look of feel. All the support I can get would be appreciated.
