Fellow picky eaters- help a sister out

So, I'm new to this site, but definitely not new to this concept. The most success I've had losing weight was when I was on the medication phentermine- and it absolutely made me feel horrible. It was like I was a zombie just walking around and not eating, so of course I lost weight. Now almost two years later, I have gained all but one pound of it back. How embarrassing! I am only 20 years old, turning 21 this year. I want to finally take control of my life and start feeling good about the way I look. I am lucky enough to have a very supportive boyfriend who surprisingly likes me for me. I want to feel the same way he does about me, and I know losing the weight would not only make me look and feel better, but it will help me finally gain the confidence I've always lacked. Enough of all that boring stuff.... my real issue with all this is food. I know everyone says that, but seriously. I am and always have been an extremely picky eater. And I mean that. I'm as picky as a 5 year old kid who snubs vegetables. Is anyone else out there as bad as I am? Do you have any tips? I know the diet portion is the most important part of losing weight, so I really need help with this. I really appreciate any feedback! Thanks y'all :)
