I have lost around 35 pounds. I have also started dental hygiene school at OUHSC. The problem with this is I am a HUGE stress eater, and sweets are my stress relieving enemy. I wish I was like those young girls at school, those 20 somethings who don't seem to battle with stress eating, but alas, I am instead eating everything I see just because I have three tests in a week. SOOOO.... I have pulled out my weapons, I am calling all who support me in my battle to squash this problem. I can keep those 35 pounds off AND lose 20 more. This morning there will be no donuts for me, I will not eat those cookies at the Silpada party. Instead I will pull all my resources together and eliminate my enemy!
