Cut Down The Booze

I started logging my foods and workouts a couple years ago but was very flakey about it. I'd maybe update 3 days here 5 there and lose track completely. It wasn't a huge deal then because I was at a happy weight of 120lbs. In the last 2 and a half years I have gained 17lbs and my jeans are starting to get tight. I do acknowledge that I am still at a healthy weight but I really want to get back to my old self. The key?

Cut down on the drinking!

I was looking up calorie counts for drinks that I'll have regularly and it was not pretty. Considering how much I drink and the fact I spend most of my time in bars because I work at one, this is gonna be crazy.  Apparently JagerBombs are 209 calories a go. Oh my GOD! I normally drink Whiskey Sour mixed drink pitchers (3oz of Whiskey plus super sugary bar lime) The Whiskey alone is 65 calories for 1oz.

My severe weight gain makes perfect sense now, I refuse to allow this to get to a point where I have to buy larger clothes, no ruttin' way. I've been going to the gym when I can, usually only 1 or 2 times a week lately some are 3 or 4, just depends on the week. I need to stop eating at bars and packing my dinner when I go to work otherwise I'll be shoveling down Fynn's poutine because it's the best one out there. If I can manage only one day a week where I'll have drinks, packing my food at work and keeping portioned snacks in my purse for throughout the day along with drinking way more water, I think I can slim down WAY more.
