Jan. 17, 2012 I had a total right knee replacement. Then I developed blood clots. Bit of a bummer. One thing lead to another and I'm about to slowly start working out and Bamm! Plantar Fasciitis in the left foot. I can't hardly stand much less walk. Running (hobbling some more) around at my son's cross country meets is just killing me. I got the "shot" in my heel Monday. It hurt sooooo bad. It feels different, but it still hurts like mad.

At this point I am back at hobbling and wobbling. My right knee (left foot) is swelling again and hurts. My hips and lower back are keeping me up and hurt when I walk. So, I need to get my foot to chill so everything can get moving again.

In spite of this, just removing pop, sugary juices, and other icky stuff I've dropped 7 pounds.

LOL My bra is getting baggie. Well, I guess things just don't always go as we expect.
