First week gone and all is going well! Surprised by the lack of craving for big portions of food, which is great. Been doing some workouts. Must be starting to work because 2.3 kg reduced this week.
Even managed to go hiking yesterday (trying it as an alternative to cycling) on the Parkview to Stanley trail (link here for info:)
1000 steps were a killer and had to stop several times but...I did it! Great weather and some fantastic views. Will try another trail next week provided the weather is good.
