Ok so I did not get to start last week like intended. Yeah I know, shame on me. But today I have started. I have tracked my foods. Even though I need to get my healthy fats up there I'm doing so good so far. I am going to make 3 goals to acheive in the next 30 days. I will blog about them in this journal everyday plus I will be doing an video blog at home to help me stay on track.
My 3 goals for this first 30 days.
1. Track my foods everyday making sure to stay within my caloric limit.
2. Exercise at least 4 days a week.
3. Lose 10 lbs in this 30 days.
I will keep writing with my struggles and accomplishments.
Day one here we go.
