Day 9

Well so far I'm doing good during the weeks. I just have to learn how to control myself on the weekend. I have added working out to my schedule with Wed and Sundays being my rest days. I have the past couple of nights came home from after the gym and ate another small meal. Which I am going to start cutting out. With no eating after 7pm.
I'm having trouble remembering to track my foods on the wkends. but I'm still remaining positive.
To remind myself of my goals.
My 3 goals for this first 30 days.
1. Track my foods everyday making sure to stay within my caloric limit.
2. Exercise at least 4 days a week.
3. Lose 10 lbs in this 30 days.
