week 3 results

Morning after Haloween- never a good time for a weigh in but I did it. I lost only .2 lbs from last week but, after doing my measurements I have lost 1% of my body fat which is 2.3lbs of fat so.....I ate like 10-15 funsized chocolates/twizlers and drank a couple of beers Im counting on the lack of weightloss as water weight. I may do a mid week weigh in just to make myself feel better.
