Hi Everyone,
I joined the site recently. Looking out for some motivation to loose weight.Before marriage my weight was around 58 kgs. Used to go to gym daily and walked for 1 hr daily. Then things changed. Got busy in office work and household work.Most of my free time went either in sleeping or eating and hence today the condition is I have gained almost 25 kgs more. My current weight is 83 kgs. My BMI is in the obese range .I lso suffer from poly cystic ovarian disease and thyroid. Both the conditions make it extremely difficult to loose weight.
Hence I have joined this site to motivate me to loose weight and keep me healthy.
My initial target is to walk atleast 1 hr daily and do 15-20 minutes aerobics. Lets see how much i can loose with this in the initial phase
