Here goes, I've been dieting pretty much since I was in high school. Up & down the yo-yo diet scale, I’ve lost 50lbs two times in my life and it stayed off for 5 years each time. But here I am again; after having open-heart surgery 07/05/2006 I continued with my 3 mile walks like I’ve done since 1992 as soon as recovery was over, but for some strange reason I would get angina induced by exercise. I thought the heart surgery was to alleviate this problem, But after 2 more hospital stays the conclusion was that one of the three vessels repaired never bloomed after the surgery, and was advised from my cardio to have a stint placed; the isosorbide I was given to keep my vessels open all the time was causing me to feel faint. So after a slew of tests, on 09/30/2009 I agreed to have the stint placed. A proven big mistake;  at the morning of the 2nd day after the stint placement and going on Plavix as well as 325mg of aspirin.  I suffered a massive hemorrhagic brain bleed and Doctors indicated to not be surprised for the worst outcome. Almost the worst, I’m alive but living with left-side disability. Exercise is very limited. I have to admit I fell off the good food wagon I turned to in 1992. my daughter who received her fathers skinny genes is my care giver and also is a single mom that gets no support for her two small childran so buying fast food to ease her stress and pocket book is often met. I just need to get that will power and so no I don't want or need the fast food, i'll just have one of my healthy yogurts and a apple thank you very much. I don't drink soda anymore, no milk only Soy since 1992
