Rocking - over one month gone and still going strong!
Managing to exercise every day and feeling great because of it. Food cravings have all but disappeared and some how.....not touched any chocolate, biscuits or crisps all that time.
Lost 9 kg in one month but energy and alertness is on the up. Fingers crossed I am over the worst and now to maintain this lifestyle...just need to be careful of that large elephant fasting approaching - Christmas!
