Day one

Well today 12-10-12 I started making changes in my life, To put forth my best effort to lose 50 Lbs! I know I can do it. I will take it one day at a time. just like I did when I quit drinking and that was over four years ago. for me losing this extra weight will be a sign of strengh for me self control and disclpline are becoming more important to me. I have many health issue's that I can not control, but I CAN control what I put in my mouth and I intend to eat a better/healthy diet.This is a new format for me I have never blogged before.......So day one went ok, I really need to find balance and make myself eat .....I should eat between 1,200-1,500 a day I only ate 533 I'm going to eat a little more before bed,a banana sounds good! I'am really looking forward to the day's ahead and feel great about the future XXXXOOOO
