
I used to weight 250 lbs back in the beginning of 2006. I was heavy most my like and never been confortable or at ease with myself.
I did lose weight in my late teens but gained it all back plus some in a very short time. Then, I got pregnant and had my daughter at age 26 and I weight in at 220 lbs just after giving birth. I then lost a little weight, about 25 lbs or so in the first year but to gain it back plus a few extra pounds afterwards.
Then in 1996, I lost a considerable amount of weight, I went down to 170 lbs, I was really pleased with miself but it didn't last. After a year and a half or so, I was 250 lbs. I stayed at that weight for years, actually fot almost 10 years, until I hurt myself real bad and the doctor told me I had to shed weight if I didn't want to end up in a wheelchair someday.
So I did, I lost 75 lbs and I kept if off since then, gaining and losing the same 10 pounds over and over for 5 years.
I want to lose some more weight, actually, I would like to go down to 135 lbs for my 5" 2"" frame but I've been stuck for so long at 175 lbs, that I don't know how to anymore. I lack motivation to continue on this journey so I will need support from you guys to pick up my mojo and get on track again.
I will be starting this journey on January 2nd 2013.
