I really dropped the ball over X-Mas. So back to my plan.......eat 1,200-1,500 (good) cal, never eat after seven p.m. drink plenty of water and do some sort of excrise every day . My goal is to lose 50lbs bye 1/1/2014 :-) Have a great day everyone!
