and so the challenge has begun. After a rough night and feeling out of it today I honestly considered starting the challenge tomorrow but figured maybe the only way to feel better is to start eating healthy and drinking loads of water.
Based on my diet plan, my breakfast consists of 1 hard boiled egg...I thought thats a bit rough....1 egg...are they serious? So with plenty water consumption and my 1 egg...I am off to have my breakfast and see how the day pans out.
