OK, so yesterday I went over my calories by a few...(by a few WHAT, I won't say.)
It was New Years, we had pizza & wings, and pie & homemade ice cream. So sue me.
Today, we're going to dinner. So I have to peruse an online menu & plan my strategy. I want to be thin & strong, not strong & fat. And I want it by the end of this year.
Of course, now that my payroll tax has gone up, I'll have to eat less since I won't be able to afford food anymore.
I'm going to try to make bread today, whole wheat sandwich bread, recipe courtesy of Mother Earth online. That way I won't have to buy bread for the next week.
And once I'm off Christmas vacation and back at work, I'll have less opportunity to eat all day long. Right? I said, am I right????
Oh well...
I'm off to do whatever it was I was going to do, and then start the bread. It has to sit for 2-3 hours, and then sit for another hour & 40 minutes. And then cook for an hour. It needs to be out of the oven before we go to dinner.
