So yesterday I went to the gym with my husband for the first time in months. I wasn't as out of shape as I thought I would be, but I wasn't impressed either. I did good. I walked on an incline for 20 min, did a few pushups and crunches. Not bad for being off the wagon for so long I guess. Looking at my husband is not bad motivation either. 29 and fine I tell him. lol
This morning I woke up sore. It made me feel good. Now the hard part is going back in the morning and working through the soreness. I need to work on my self-motivation.... anywho... I decided that I am pretty athletic and if I can just stick with the gym, exercise is not the issue, It's the food that I pack in my mouth and all the while I know its not in my best interest. So this is where I end up today. Starting a profile and blog on this handy website. I can't follow diets. My job as a nurse is too much of a schedule for that.... but maybe having to write down what I put in my mouth will help me be more aware.... Let's give it a shot... Here goe's nothing!
