Today was plenty harder than yesterday..why? u ask! Well I decided to also give up smoking..dont know if the combination is good but I felt the effort had to be made.
I didnty stick to the suggested diet plan...kinda did my own thing.
Breakfast was a high protein cereal and 2 hard boiled eggs.
Mid Morning Snack was 2 pieces of turkey breask rolled with 2 slices of low fat sliced cheese.
Lunch consisted of salted codfish with cucumbers and tomato with some quinoa and 2 little whole wheat pit breads.
Snack was 1 cup of low fat unsweetened yoghurt blended with strawberries.
Dinner? not too sure as yet...may just have some tuna on a bed of lettuce.
So I started at 168lbs and went on teh scale and it read 166 lbs....cant happen that fast, cant it? Think I will leave the scale out of the equation for now.
Hopefully tomorrow I feel better.
