I managed to survive yesterday after only smoking 3 ciggies....however i did wake this morning with a rush of energy and plan to use it later by going on a power walk.
Trying to get used to a new way of eating is not easy however I must mention that for dinner I had 1/2 cup cooked quinoam, with chopped tomatoes, shredded salmon (from the can) sprinkled with balsamic / olive oil vinagrette..was quite tasty.
Will continue to keep you all posted throughout the day.
