Well a big "wooo hooo" is in order....I seemed to have dropped from 168lbs to 164lbs in the last 4 days....not a big difference but I can definately see it in my face as it begins to slim out..woooo hoooo!
Ok...on another note, Im getting the hang of this diet without having to stick to the scheduled menu plan..I seem to be creating my own thing as I go along and enjoying it.
So last night for dinner I had an 8' flour tortilla with whole wheat quinoa, black beans and 2 small meat balls topped with sour cream...it was soooo yummy. I never thought I would ever be munching on quinoa.
I find myself constantly trying to think of new menus / foods that will provide high protein and less fat...all in all it is working out and Im enjoying it.
I start my boot camp training this Monday but I am exercising this afternoon as I go on a Hash trail...ifyou dont know what it is..look it up...Grenada Hash House Harriers.
